Spencer Christopher Yacht and Ship is an independent, boutique yacht brokerage headquartered in Stuart, Florida, built on a principle as old as the harbor: a broker holds money, yachts, and trust that belong to other people, and that obligation comes before the commission — every time. We are not here to move volume. We are here to earn a client for life, and the business of their children after them.

We are expanding our roster of select, licensed yacht brokers and looking for people who know the difference between a trusted consultant and an order-taker. You cringe when someone calls you a salesperson, because that is not the job. The job is to be the most knowledgeable, most trustworthy person in the room — from initial valuation through sea trial, marine survey coordination, escrow, and closing.

What we need from you:

1. Active Florida yacht broker license — non-negotiable
2. Demonstrated background in yacht sales: you know how to price a vessel, run a sea trial, and navigate a closing without losing the client's confidence
3. Integrity that holds when no one is watching
4. CPYB designation preferred · IYBA membership welcomed
