Description
2023 LAGOON 42 — BLUEVANA
Four-Cabin Version | Privately Owned | US Duty Paid | Extensively Upgraded | Never Chartered.
DESCRIPTION
BLUEVANA is a comprehensively equipped 2023 Lagoon 42 that has been privately owned and never chartered. Delivered new to her original owner directly from the Lagoon factory in France in February 2023.
Bluevana was extensively upgraded following commissioning, with approximately $225,000–$240,000 invested in equipment and improvements focused on energy independence, offshore cruising and onboard comfort.
One of her most significant features is the integrated Integrel power-generation system, utilizing both upgraded 57hp Yanmar engines to generate electricity without the need for a separate diesel generator. This installation provides 18kw of generating capacity and is complemented by an approximately 30kWh Victron lithium battery bank, twin 5kW inverter/chargers and 2,000W of solar mounted on a custom stainless steel arch. Together, these systems provide substantial off-grid electrical capacity, including the ability to operate the vessel's air conditioning, refrigeration, watermaker and electric galley equipment.
Her cruising inventory includes a Code 0 and furling gennaker, five Frigomar reverse-cycle air-conditioning units, a 28 GPH Aquabase watermaker, additional freshwater storage, Raymarine navigation electronics, Starlink, Iridium GO and a comprehensive selection of offshore safety equipment and spares.
The four-cabin layout has been enhanced with additional cabinetry, pantry storage, refrigeration and practical onboard improvements. The cockpit and helm feature full enclosures, custom sunshades and Flexiteek decking. A Highfield 340 Hypalon tender with a Honda 20hp outboard is also included.
Bluevana has benefited from ongoing maintenance, including antifouling and Propspeed application in September 2025, Integrel controller upgrades, recent refrigeration and climate-control servicing, and engine servicing in July 2026.
Currently located in Pompano Beach, Florida, Bluevana offers a well-equipped, privately owned Lagoon 42 with extensive upgrades and a proven offshore cruising history.
