RAMCAP® construction — the signature technology
This is the heart of everything. RAMCAP construction is a unique, patented process that distinguishes Everglades boats by using pre-molded, highly compressed foam inside the hull. The key difference from competitors: the compressed, higher density foam allows for a far smoother and quieter ride compared to competitors, where foam is generally blind injected into the hull without additional pressure. The high-density foam core is three times stronger than other boats with standard foam flotation, and it fully bonds the hull, deck, and liner into one structure rather than separate pieces.  

The founder's mission — not just marketing
The brand's origin gives the "unsinkable" claim real weight: founder Bob "Mr. Unsinkable" Dougherty was on a mission to build the safest, most comfortable boats for his family, and that mission was accomplished when he patented RAMCAP and founded Everglades Boats.
