Formed in 2021 by Stuart boatbuilder Mark Willis and investor Brooks Smith, and immediately the buyer of American Custom Yachts’ sixty-four-acre yard — with plans for another 90,000 square feet of build space. Willis himself has been building custom sportfishermen since 1983.
