Howard Chen founded Jet-Tern Marine in 1998 and delivered the first Selene to the Pacific Northwest a year later. The name came from his teacher — a 1970 memorial to the Apollo 11 landing, named for the Greek goddess of the moon. Over 400 long-range trawlers since.
