Paul Mann has been building Carolina-style sportfishermen under his own name since 1988, incorporating as Mann Custom Boats in 1992 and working now from a 40,000-square-foot shop. Thirty-eight yachts from 52 to over 80 feet, built plank-on-frame, on jigs, or a combination — whichever the owner’s boat calls for.
