Jim Leishman and Dan Streech met at a Dana Point brokerage in 1973 and were still selling boats fifteen years later when the sailing market fell away and they started drawing a motor yacht instead. It looked like a North Sea trawler, so it took the Norwegian for north harbour. More circumnavigations and ocean crossings than every other motoryacht builder put together.
