Randy Ramsey was running charters when two of his regulars lent him the money to build a boat; the result was the 52-foot Sensation, put together in a rented shed with dirt floors and a leaking roof. Jarrett Bay has delivered over a hundred custom and semi-production sportfishermen since, from a 175-acre marine park on the Intracoastal.
