Hinckley Building since 1928.
It opened in 1928 as the Manset Boatyard, looking after lobster boats and the summer people's yachts on Mount Desert Island. Henry Hinckley built his first boat in 1933. The Picnic Boat of 1994 is what most people mean by the name now, and the jet drive is why — it goes where a conventional boat cannot.
